Edward P, Becker has over 35 years of capture management, business development, and proposal experience within the Federal, State, and commercial spaces. Over the last 15 years Mr. Becker has contributed to the successful acquisition management of more than 100 new business wins for various companies. These wins include more than $3.74 billion in single award competitions, more than $616.6 billion in IDIQ ceiling dollar awards, and GSA Federal Supply Schedule awards in 5 different categories.

Certifications – Shipley Certified Professional Capture Manager (CPCM), PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), APMP Certified Proposal Professional (CPP APMP), ITIL v3 Foundation, and ICiPS Six Sigma Yellow Belt.  Mr. Becker was the first Shipley CPCM credentialed in the United States and third in the world.

I have been the manager of Corporate Sales Training for Xerox Corporation, Dallas TX and the Director of a state-certified vocational training school in the Commonwealth of Virginia that issued continuing educational units for software instruction.
